She actually knows what she's talking about
NSCA-certified personal trainer. USA Weightlifting Level 1 coach. CrossFit Level 1 trainer. 1st Degree Black Belt. Before coaching, Anne spent years as a licensed speech-language pathologist, which means she was trained to listen, communicate, and meet people where they are. She brings the same approach to coaching: understand the science, then explain it in a way that actually helps.

Anne Kiernan is a coach, gym owner, mom of three, and a lifelong student of strength. She's been in the fitness world long enough to know what works and what's just noise.
Before she was a coach, Anne spent years as a licensed speech-language pathologist. She knows how to listen, how to communicate, and how to meet people where they are. That doesn't go away when you walk into a gym.
She owns The Forge gym, holds a 1st Degree Black Belt in Isshinryu Karate, and is currently pursuing advanced certifications in nutrition counseling and women-specific coaching. She's not done learning. She doesn't expect you to be either.
